Refund policy
At Corner Kick T-shirt Club, every item is printed on demand, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or a change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at cornerkicktees@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll make it right — your choice of a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement sent at no charge.
Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at cornerkicktees@gmail.com.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please contact us to resolve your original order first, then place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements unless they arrive defective or damaged. Gift cards are non-refundable.
European Union Customers: If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please contact us at cornerkicktees@gmail.com to initiate.
